Venus Model Onboarding InstructionsFor Discord Call Setup
The purpose of this onboarding call is to help the model get fully set up, verified, and prepared to start working with Venus. During the call, you will guide her through account creation, verification, basic profile setup, access sharing, and collecting starter content so the team can begin preparing her accounts.
Before the CallMake sure the model has the following ready:
A valid government ID for platform verification.Access to her email and phone number.A stable internet connection.A few clear photos or videos she is comfortable using for starter content. Her preferred stage name or username ideas.Any boundaries, comfort levels, or content preferences she wants noted.
Do not pressure the model into anything. The goal is to make the process smooth, professional, and comfortable.
Step 1: Welcome Her and Explain the ProcessStart the call by briefly explaining what will happen.
Say something like:
“Today we’re going to get your creator accounts set up, help you verify yourself on the platforms, collect your starter photos and videos, and organize everything so the team can begin building your profiles. We’ll also go over your comfort levels, boundaries, and the type of content you want to focus on.”
Make sure she understands that she is creating and verifying the accounts herself. Venus is helping manage, organize, and grow the accounts after setup.
Step 2: Confirm Basic InformationRecord the following information in the onboarding sheet:
Legal name.Stage name.Date of birth.City and state.Phone number.Email address.Preferred contact method.Social media usernames.Payment method preference.Best days and times to communicate.
Also ask:
What type of image does she want?
Examples: luxury, cute, party girl, girl next door, alternative, fitness, gamer, classy, etc. What platforms is she comfortable using? Is she interested in livestreaming, posting content, custom content, or a mix?Are there any hard limits or things she does not want to do?
Write these clearly so the team never has to guess.
Step 3: Set Up Creator AccountsWalk her through creating the required accounts while she is screen-sharing, if she is comfortable.
Recommended setup order:
Email account for creator work.Main subscription platform account.Livestream platform account.X/Twitter.Instagram.Reddit.TikTok or other promo pages if needed.
For each account, record:
Platform name.Username.Email used.Phone number used, if applicable.Verification status.Any setup notes.Whether the account needs more information before going live.
The model should complete all identity verification herself. Do not ask her to send ID photos through Discord unless absolutely necessary. Platform verification should happen directly through the official platform.
Step 4: Securely Save Account AccessOnce the accounts are created, collect the access details in a secure and organized way.
Record:
Platform.Login email.Username.Password.Two-factor authentication method.Backup codes, if provided.Notes about who has access.
Use a secure password manager or protected onboarding sheet. Do not leave passwords sitting in random Discord messages, screenshots, or unprotected notes.
Tell the model:
“We only use this access to manage, post, organize, and grow your accounts as agreed. You should always know what accounts exist, what they are used for, and how to access them.”
If possible, use temporary passwords during setup and have a clean system for changing access if the model ever leaves management.
Step 5: Complete VerificationHelp her finish platform verification where needed.
Checklist:
Confirm ID upload was completed.Confirm selfie or live verification was completed.Confirm tax or payout setup is started, if required.Confirm email verification.Confirm phone verification.Confirm profile approval status.
If a platform says verification is pending, write that down and check back later.
Step 6: Collect Starter Photos and VideosAsk the model to send starter content she is comfortable using for profile setup and promotion.
Starter content should include:
Clear profile picture options.Banner or cover photo options.5–10 casual photos.3–5 short intro clips.Any lifestyle photos that match her image.Optional teaser content for promo pages.Any content she already has and wants to use.
Make sure the content is organized by category:
Profile Pictures.Banners.Promo Photos.Intro Videos.Paid Content.Do Not Use / Personal Only.
Very important: confirm permission before using anything. If she sends content but says it is only for reference, mark it clearly as Do Not Post.
Step 7: Ask About Boundaries and Comfort LevelsBefore posting or planning content, ask about her limits.
Record:
What she is comfortable posting publicly. What she only wants behind a paywall. What she does not want posted at all.Whether she wants her face shown.Whether she wants her real location hidden.Whether she is comfortable livestreaming.Whether she is comfortable with custom content requests.Whether there are words, themes, or styles she does not want associated with her brand.
Use clear labels:
YesMaybeAsk FirstNo
Never assume.
Step 8: Build Her Basic Brand ProfileCreate a simple profile summary for the team.
Include:
Stage name.Brand style.Personality type.Content comfort level.Best platforms for her.Posting style.Livestream interest.Schedule availability.Starter content status.Notes for managers.
Example:
“Model is going for a luxury party-girl image with a flirty but classy tone. Comfortable with photos, short videos, and livestreaming. Wants to approve anything more explicit before posting. Strongest platforms: subscription page, livestreaming, X/Twitter, and Instagram promo.”
Step 9: Explain What Happens NextBefore ending the call, explain the next steps clearly.
Say something like:
“Now that your accounts are created and your starter content is collected, the team will begin organizing your profiles, preparing posts, setting up your schedule, and getting everything ready to start earning. We’ll contact you if we need more photos, videos, verification steps, or schedule information.”
Also remind her:
She can ask questions at any time. She should communicate if her boundaries change. She should not send content she is unsure about. She should keep her login information safe. She should respond quickly if a platform needs more verification.

We’ll keep you updated and reach out if we need anything else from you. The main thing is communication — if you have questions, want to change anything, or feel unsure about something, just let us know.”
Payment Process
During onboarding, explain the Venus weekly payment process clearly so the model understands how money is collected, tracked, and paid out.
Venus will collect platform earnings on a weekly basis, calculate the model’s payout, deduct the agreed management percentage, and deposit the remaining balance into the model’s chosen payout account.
Before starting, confirm that the model understands and agrees to this payment structure.
Record the following:
Agreed management percentage.Model payout percentage.Weekly payout day.Preferred payout method.Payout account details.Legal name connected to the payout method.Any payment notes or special instructions.
Explain it like this:
“Venus handles weekly earnings collection and payout management. At the end of each week, we review the account earnings, deduct the agreed management percentage, and send your payout to your chosen account. You will receive a weekly breakdown showing what came in, what was deducted, and what was paid to you.”
Each weekly payout should include a simple payment summary:
Gross earnings collected.Platform fees, refunds, or chargebacks, if any.Venus management percentage.Model payout amount.Date paid.Payment method used.Confirmation that payment was sent.
Make sure every payment is recorded. Do not rely only on memory, screenshots, or Discord messages. Each model should have a clean weekly payment record.
The model should also understand that all earnings, deposits, and payouts must match the agreement she signs with Venus. If there are any changes to the payment structure, payout day, commission split, or payment method, it must be confirmed in writing before the change is applied.
